Miss Jess Bakes

Based out of Solano County, Miss Jess has been baking French macarons since 2015. It started as a hobby and became her full-time passion. Her specialties include Asian, Filipino, and Local Hawaiian flavors.

Miss Jess Bakes is a Cottage Food Operation (CFO). I have a food handlers certificate as well. I also have small restaurant experience years ago as a co-owner of a frozen yogurt shop in Sacramento. With years of experience in running different small businesses, this is my ultimate passion. I still love what I do!
